As a consultant, I support small and medium-sized companies in all questions relating to marketing and sales with the aim of developing the company further. Perhaps the market is declining, competition has changed and become stronger, or new target groups need to be developed. At the end of the consultation, the focus is on further developing the company with a focus on increasing sales and profits. A few advertising measures are often suspected behind a marketing consultancy. However, sustainable and effective growth requires significantly more than just advertising. As a consultant, I therefore map the entire spectrum of 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion): I am available to my customers, starting with product and assortment analysis, through competitor comparisons and target group analyzes, right up to implementation support for the individual sales and advertising measures . At the beginning of my consultation there is a short analysis in which I work out the most important optimization potentials together with you. On this basis, we determine your marketing strategy and develop your marketing concept. Based on this, we create a corresponding marketing action plan and start implementing it.
